Correys Auto supplies wool-surface automotive floor mat sets for Australian right-hand-drive vehicles. Our products are manufactured overseas, selected for the intended vehicle application and visually checked in Sydney before dispatch for the correct SKU, visible condition and supplied fittings.Correys Auto is the Australian importer and retailer. We are not the vehicle manufacturer.
We try to make vehicle identification as simple as possible. Two clear photos are a condition of every order, and we do not dispatch a set until we have received and checked both. Please upload two clear photos:1. VIN photoTake a clear photo of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), usually visible at the lower edge of the windscreen.Alternatively, you may photograph only the vehicle-information section of your insurance document if it clearly shows the VIN and vehicle details. Please cover any name, address, policy number, payment information or other information that we do not need.2. Rear vehicle photoTake a clear photo of the whole rear of the vehicle, including the model badges where visible. We use the information you provide, available vehicle information and supplier-confirmed model specifications to select the intended product application. The VIN assists with vehicle identification. It does not by itself guarantee fitment.Final fitment and safety checks must always be completed on the actual vehicle before driving.
Please tell us when ordering if your vehicle has been modified from its original factory interior configuration in a way that may affect the floor area, seating layout, carpet or retention points.Vehicle applications are selected using the information available to us and supplier-confirmed specifications. We cannot assume that a modified vehicle remains identical to its original factory configuration.Final fitment must therefore always be checked on the actual vehicle before use.
Do not install the driver-side mat if a required vehicle floor anchor or retention point is missing, loose, bent, broken, damaged or unable to engage correctly.Vehicle-side anchors are part of the vehicle, not part of the floor mat.Have the vehicle-side fitting inspected and, if necessary, repaired by an appropriately qualified automotive repairer before installing the driver-side mat.Correys Auto supplies floor mats. We do not provide mechanical inspection or vehicle-side floor-anchor repair services.
Before driving with the driver-side mat fitted:Make sure the mat lies naturally flat and matches the footwell.Make sure every required retention point is correctly and fully engaged.Make sure the mat is not stacked on top of, or underneath, another removable mat or liner. With the vehicle stationary, check that the accelerator and brake pedals move freely through their full range and return normally. No part of the mat should touch, sit underneath or crowd a pedal. If the mat shifts, curls, lifts, becomes damaged or interferes with pedal movement, remove it and do not use it until the issue has been resolved. Please read the full Care & Installation Guide before first use.
No.Remove all other removable mats and liners from the relevant footwell before fitting a Correys Auto mat.Use only one removable mat per footwell.Never place the driver-side mat on top of, or underneath, another removable mat or liner.
Everyday care is generally simple.Remove the mats, shake out loose debris and gently beat the backing. Use a suitable vacuum for finer dust and grit.Routine soaking or washing is not recommended. For sand, spills, stains, drying and more detailed care instructions, please read our Care & Cleaning Guide.Always make sure a mat is completely dry and lies flat before refitting it.
For crumbs and loose dirt, remove the mat, shake it outdoors and gently beat the backing. For sand or fine grit, allow the mat to dry completely first. With the wool surface facing downward, gently beat the backing so gravity helps release the particles, then vacuum the mat.For heavier contamination or detailed cleaning instructions, please follow our Care & Cleaning Guide.
Act promptly.Blot the liquid with a clean white cloth or paper towel. Press and lift rather than rubbing. If necessary, use a small amount of cold water on the cloth and continue blotting.Do not pour water directly onto the mat.Remove the mat and allow it to dry completely in the shade with good airflow before refitting. For stains or spills that do not respond to simple blotting, please follow the Care & Cleaning Guide before using any cleaning product.
No.Do not machine wash or tumble dry the mats.Do not use high-temperature steam cleaning, hot water, bleach, alkaline cleaners or direct heat. The mats use a multi-layer construction with a wool pile surface. Heat, strong agitation or unsuitable chemicals may damage the wool, backing or shape of the mat. Please see our Care & Cleaning Guide for the full cleaning instructions.
Some characteristics may occur during normal use of a wool-surface mat.A new mat may initially release some loose fibres. The pile may also gradually flatten in areas exposed to repeated foot pressure. Slight colour variation, pile-direction shading or a mild new-textile scent may also occur. The extent matters. If shedding, distortion, colour change, delamination, edge curling or any other condition appears excessive or unusual, please contact us with photographs so that we can assess the product rather than assuming that it is normal.Nothing in this description limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you are concerned about fitment, movement, damage, retention or pedal clearance, stop using the affected mat. Please email info@correysauto.com.au with:The mat positionFor example: Driver (RH), Front Passenger (LH), Rear RH, Rear LH or Rear Centre.A clear VIN photoA short description of the problemClear photographs showing the problemWhere relevant, please include a photograph of the mat positioned in the footwell and a photograph of the vehicle-side retention point.Do not cut, trim, glue, tape, drill or otherwise modify the mat in an attempt to make it fit.If the issue relates to the vehicle’s own floor anchor or retention system, have the vehicle inspected by an appropriately qualified automotive repairer.

Correys Auto may offer a voluntary change-of-mind return policy. The conditions and applicable return period will be shown at checkout or on the sales platform through which you purchase.Where a change-of-mind return is accepted, the mats must meet the conditions of that policy, which may include being unused, unmodified and returned in their original packaging.Change-of-mind conditions are separate from your rights where there is a problem with the goods.Nothing in our change-of-mind policy limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
